Vendor RFI

This Vendor Request for Information (RFI) is convenient way to contact up to three EC/EDI vendors at once and request information about their products and services. You will receive one copy of the e-mail for each vendor who receives the RFI.

After receiving the e-mail, the vendor(s) will contact you. If you request information from more than one vendor, the other vendors(s) will not know who else received the e-mail.

If you are sending this RFI on someone else’s behalf, enter their contact information at the top of the form and your contact information at the bottom of the form.
