The EC EDI Referral Network helps buyers choose an EDI vendor based on a referral received from a third party. A referral acts as a formal or informal testimonial from someone who is familiar with a particular EDI vendor. This could be a B2B Hub, Healthcare Payer, Association or an EDI user.
We also provide a free referral service for buyers using our expertise and knowledge of the EDI vendor community. We do not accept a commission from any vendor for making referrals as we believe referrals should be motivated by trust in a vendor and not by the prospect of receiving a commission.
Follow these guidelines to use the EC EDI Referral Network to help you choose an EDI vendor based on a referral:
- If want our help choosing an EDI vendor to solve your business or technical problem, then Ask for a Referral.
- If you are in the B2B industry, look for one of your customers on the B2B Hub Referrals page. It will show you which EDI vendors your customer recommends, certifies or refers.
- If you are in the Healthcare industry, look for one of the private or public insurers on the Healthcare Payers page. It will show you which EDI vendors the insurer recommends, certifies or refers.
- If you’re a member of an association, look for your association on the Association Referrals page. It will show you which EDI vendors the association recommends, certifies or refers.
- Use the Vendor RFI to contact up to three EC / EDI vendors at once and request information about their products and services.
- If you are looking for an answer to a specific question about EDI Ask an Expert.
